John Preston 1e10529f20 Fix Linux build. Use -flto for static libraries. 
Some unbelievable crashes happen in MTP codegen-ed serialization
if the binary is using -flto with MTP in non-flto static library.

To build and link static libraries with -flto additional GYP patch
is required, so that ar/ranlib/nm use gcc- wrappers.

Telegram Desktop – Official Messenger

This is the complete source code and the build instructions for the alpha version of the official desktop client for the Telegram messenger, based on the Telegram API and the MTProto secure protocol.

The source code is published under GPLv3 with OpenSSL exception, the license is available here.
