There are possible deprecation warnings could be on new ffmpeg. It will be investigated later.

Remove PCH (#148) 
This commit brings many changes:

1. Remove cotire;
2. Remove PCH files (stdafx.xxx) and mentions;
3. Rearrange and clean includes:
3.1. Remove core includes path, use full header path core/xxx;
3.2. Move object_ptr to separate file base/object_ptr.h;
3.3. Add missing includes;
5. Add forward decls;
6. Get rid of some Qt private parts;
7. Fix ALL compilation errors after removing cotire on Windows, Linux, MacOS.

Closes #133.
Related to #96.

John Preston ed4c3cccb2 Add admins from search in admins list box. 
When searching in admins list box show all group members and allow
to appoint a new administrator right from this box.

John Preston cabf35f2b3 Allow to create channel invite link in boxes. 
SetupChannelBox (public/private) and MaxInviteBox are suggesting
to copy the channel invite link. Now they suggest to create it
in case the channel didn't have the invite link already.

John Preston 21d2f6a44f Generalize Checkbox layout. 
Now any Checkbox can have Check, Radio or Toggle layout.
Radiobutton is now a subclass of Checkbox with default Radio layout.

Viktor Oreshkin bca0e1e16c Fix remove option in normal groups 
If user invites X to group and then X becomes an admin, user won't be
able to remove X anymore, so remove option shouldn't be shown.
