Remove PCH (#148) 
This commit brings many changes:

1. Remove cotire;
2. Remove PCH files (stdafx.xxx) and mentions;
3. Rearrange and clean includes:
3.1. Remove core includes path, use full header path core/xxx;
3.2. Move object_ptr to separate file base/object_ptr.h;
3.3. Add missing includes;
5. Add forward decls;
6. Get rid of some Qt private parts;
7. Fix ALL compilation errors after removing cotire on Windows, Linux, MacOS.

Closes #133.
Related to #96.

Apply saved skin color to emoji suggestions.

Also use initializer_list instead of recursion in Emoji::ComputeId.

John Preston 7fcc5d649c Change push_back to emplace_back in emoji_config. 
Perhaps that way GCC won't give a warning on variable count inside
one method Ui::Emoji::Init() in Release builds.

Qt 5.3.2 QVector works only with types having an assignment operator.

Now we ignore all 0xFE0F characters, because some other
apps send or not send them randomly, not like iOS/macOS.

Also the old MetaEmoji project was converted to codegen_emoji.
All emoji now use full string identifiers for local storage.

John Preston 45143c40c9 FlatTextarea handles tags on insertFromMime and tags editing. 
Fixed dependent messages update when message was edited.
Fixed entities parsing in Text when they follow one after another.
