12-document deep research set exploring whether RuVector v2.0.4 can serve
as the substrate for a four-layer coherence-aware connectome operating
system (CC-OS): connectome graph substrate, event-driven LIF dynamics
runtime, embodied simulator closed loop, and ruvector-driven analysis +
counterfactual perturbation.
Positioning is deliberately narrow: not mind upload, not consciousness,
not whole-brain emulation in the Sandberg-Bostrom sense. It is a
graph-native, Rust-native, auditable platform for insect-scale
connectome circuit science with built-in structural fragility scoring
and witness-log reproducibility.

Five ADRs are drafted inline for later extraction:
ADR-084 Connectome graph substrate
ADR-085 Neural dynamics runtime
ADR-086 Embodied simulator closed loop
ADR-087 CRV behavioral episodes + coherence gating
ADR-088 Governance, positioning, counterfactual protocol
No Rust source or Cargo files touched. No ADRs created yet - drafts
only. Witness-bundle and test harness specifications reference the
existing ADR-028 convention so downstream implementation slots cleanly
into the existing tooling.
