**Main Rust workspace**:
1. **BLOCKER**: Arrow schema v53/v54 conflict in hyprstream-main
2. **MINOR**: 1 test failure in strange-loop (test_summary)
3. **MEDIUM**: No WASM runtime tests (browser/node validation)
