PathDeserializer: use `deserialize_str` for `deserialize_any` (#2881) 
* PathDeserializer: use `deserialize_str` for `deserialize_any`

* fix `deserialize_any` for `seq` and `map`

* add tests for `deserialize_any`

* parse numeric values as well
